Yes, an active Microsoft 365 subscription is required for the Claude Office integration. If you don't have one, we'll advise you before setup, recommend the right plan, and help with the subscription process if needed. We calculate the total cost together upfront so there are no surprises.

No. Our training is designed for complete beginners — no technical knowledge required. We simply teach how to ask the right questions, i.e. how to write effective prompts. After training, every employee has access to a library of ready-made templates specific to their department, so they can be productive straight away even without writing a single prompt themselves.
